and custom items can be ordered by phone, or e-mail. Stock items
can be ordered on line, or by phone, or by e-mail. For your protection,
do not e-mail your credit card information. If we receive an order
without credit card informtion,we will call you to obtain it by phone.
Payment
for custom and personalized items is required upon order. Please see

return policy for important information. Payment for stock and
non-personalized items is required upon shipping or pick-up.
Be
sure to include the item name, color, size, and personalization requests in
your order. We will provide details and images of designs and personalization for
your approval BEFORE we begin to process your order.
