USPS 3-day Priority Mail is our
standard method of shipping. If you require that an order be
shipped by a different carrier or, different method (i.e. overnight),
please call before you place your order so that we can advise
you of additional charges.
Orders for stock, and non-personalized items
will ship by the 2nd business day after your order is placed. Most
orders for personalized, and custom items will ship by the 4th business
day after your order is placed.
For stock and non-personalized
items, your account will be charged when your order is shipped. For
personalized and custom items, your account will be charged when your
order is processed.
You will receive an e-mail alert when we
receive and begin to process your order, and another when your order
ships that will include tracking information.
Returns for
stock and non-personalized items will be accepted with an RMA number
only. You can obtain this number by phone or e-mail. Items presented
for return must be in their original packaging, and condition. Please
state your reason for return in your e-mail.
Personalized and
custom items are not returnable. While we strive to insure high quality
of our items, your satisfaction is of great importance to us. If you
feel there is a quality issue with your personalized or custom item,
please call our customer service department at 925/895-0210 to discuss
receiving a replacement item.
