Digital Transfer Custom Tees - Your design is transferred on to the shirt using a commercial heat transfer method. The result is an image so soft, you'll think it was silk screened. Unlike non-commercial (or consumer grade) heat transfers, our design transfers will not crack or peel because the design actually stretches with the tee -- you can even iron over the design without worry.  Images can be transferred onto light colored shirts only.

Laundering: No special care is needed, but DO NOT use bleach. We suggest you wash in cold water, and tumble dry on low or medium heat.

Embroidered Tees - We have a variety of stock designs and fonts available, or use your own logo. There is a small digitizing charge the first time we convert your logo or artwork to an embroidery design.

We use only color-fast thread, so there is no need to worry about "bleeding". Designs or names can be embroidered onto any color shirt (some fabrics work better than others).

Custom T-Shirts
We offer 4 different options for creating your Custom T-Shirt. We will help you choose the method based on:

Quantity - While there is NO MINIMUM required, silk screening generally proves too costly when producing a quantity less than 25, when using a design that contains more than 4 colors, and when using a photograph.

Specific Item - Different fabrics require different decorating techniques. With many sports jerseys, for example, heat pressed vinyl or, an embroidery applied applique will produce the best result.

End Use - When placing a small logo on something like a golf shirt, or wind breaker, embroidery is generally the method of choice. If you're creating a t-shirt for promotional purposes, silk screening or cut vinyl is the way to go.

Budget - We will help you choose the method, and shirts that best meet your budget requirements.

We also have a full line of accessories & caps for customizing.
Cut/Heat Pressed Vinyl Custom Tees & Caps - Make no mistake about it, this is not the same as the iron on lettering products available for purchase at your local craft store. We cut professional grade t-shirt vinyl in house, from your design. More importantly, we have done our homework, and know how to choose the right vinyl for the fabric you've chosen, to create a high quality, long lasting shirt or cap.
